Little Pink Taxi by Marie Laval @MarieLaval1 @rararesources #BookReview

Happy Monday all!

Thrilled to be part of the blog tour for this charming book! Many thanks to Rachel for my invitation and to Marie Laval for her delightful story! Seriously how could I resist a pink taxi?💗

Little Pink TaxiLittle Pink Taxi

Rosalie Heart is a well-known face in Irlwick – well, if you drive a bright pink taxi and your signature style is a pink anorak, you’re going to draw a bit of attention! But Rosalie’s company Love Taxis is more than just a gimmick – for many people in the remote Scottish village, it’s a lifeline.

Which is something that Marc Petersen will never understand. Marc’s ruthless approach to business doesn’t extend to pink taxi companies running at a loss. When he arrives in Irlwick to see to a new acquisition – Raventhorn, a rundown castle – it’s apparent he poses a threat to Rosalie’s entire existence; not just her business, but her childhood home too.

On the face of it Marc and Rosalie should loathe each other, but what they didn’t count on was somebody playing cupid …

My Thoughts

4 Pretty Pink Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Castles, Pink taxis, and Scotland… oh my! This book was a genre smorgasbord… and the best kind of smorgasbord at that…. with a dash of history… a dose of romance… a splash of mystery… and a dollop of the paranormal… oh and I cannot forget a side of laughter…. The perfect blend of genres all wrapped up in a pretty pink package…

Rosalie runs the local cab company… helping get the villagers here and there without thought of profit… Rosalee is a very warm hearted, generous, and fun loving person… more concerned with others than herself, so invested in the community… so when grumpy Mark Peterson comes to town more concerned with the bottom line than anything else Rosalie is less than thrilled…. determined to show Mark that there is more to life than profits she takes him for a ride in her little pink taxi…

So much charm and heart throughout this book… Rosalie really should be the ambassador of this delightful Scottish village… she really brought this book to life for me… so much passion and compassion… I SO would love to visit and I would absolutely take a ride in one of those pink taxis!

This was just such a fun lighthearted read with something for everyone! Strongly recommend!
